    Our low price guarantee takes into account ALL factors. This includes shipping charges and identical items in comparison, as well as product availability, within 30 days of purchase. Auction items and close out items are not included.

    In order to match or beat our competitors’ prices, the item you find must be identical to ours in color, packaging and made by the same manufacturer, etc.

    The competitors’ advertisement must be current, and the price must be verifiable on the Internet or through printed advertisement. The items must also be in stock.

    Knock-off items and look-alikes do not count.

    When asked to meet or beat a competitor’s price, we also take into account the competitors shipping and handling charges and sales tax when calculating the total price of the item.

    Auctioned products on Ebay or other online auction websites do not count, this goes for closeout items also.

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receipt of your purchase (please remember we only accept returns for damaged, engraving (misspelling) or wrong product(s) sent.   • We are not responsible for any misspellings, or any incorrect information you provide. We will print personalized items exactly the way you submit them when you place your order. We do e-mail each customer to allow them to double check their engraving information. However, if a misspelling does occur, not due to an incorrect submission, we will be happy to replace the item free of charge. Please note extra charges may apply if you exceed the standard amount of words/letters allowed in your item description.   • Please also not that if you still wish to return a engraved / personalized product(s) due to not liking the look of the product or any other reason (besides a damaged item) after it has been personalized to your specifications, we will be happy to assist you, but their we be a 50% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.   • For shipping rates outside of the continental United States please make your inquires to and we will see what we can do for you. There are some countries we will not be able to ship to, but we might me able to make some exceptions on a few. We apologize for this policy, but we have had problems in the past with fraudlent orders from non-USA orders.

  • Shipping Rates within the continental United States are calculated according to shipping weight, box size and packing / handling supplies. Actual cost will be calculated at the end of your order. We use the most economical means of reaching your in-hands date shipping through major shipping agencies such as: UPS, FedEx, and the United States Postal Service. Also, please note that due to the recent fuel prices, shipping charges are sometimes higher than usual due to the shipping cost increases by UPS, Fed Ex, & USPS!

  • Most of our orders ship in 1-3 days! Although, due to fluctuation in inventory and product popularity orders can take anywhere from 5-20 working business days to be shipped from our warehouses around the country. In most cases orders will be shipped out in 1-3 days. You will be notified via e-mail if your order is on a back-order list that will take longer that the time frame mentioned previously.

  • Please understand that during our peak seasons such as heavy Wedding seasons and Holidays some items may take longer to be delivered, but like we mentioned above most of our items take 1-3 days to be shipped. Although, please try to think ahead and allow plenty of time for shipping.

  • If you need to select a faster shipping method because you need your items sooner or in a rush, please contact at and our customer service staff will be happy to help you and answer any questions. Also, please note that to expedite your shipment using Overnight Shipping for example, please realize that items can still take a few days to be processed in some cases before it is shipped from our facility (due to back-order issues). We always do our best to ensure that the customer is fully aware of the status of their order by e-mailing them if their is any long-term delays.

  • The volume of orders we receive and the number of suppliers we use to provide you with a wide variety of gift choices, tracking numbers are not automatically emailed back to you. If you wish to obtain a tracking number, you may email us at and a customer service rep will be happy to provide you with one when available. Please remember that tracking numbers can only be provided once your items have been shipped.

  • Mad Anthony Marketing Group / DBA: is not responsible for any mispellings or wrong address information that is giving in an order. We only ship to the address that is provided in the "shipping section" of the order. Please double check your shipping information to make sure you have the correct information provided for us to expedite your order as quicky as possible.

  • Shipping is expedited via the carriers listed above (no P.O. Box orders can be accepted). Please note if you select a faster shipping method, (Ex: UPS next day or 2 day), the lead time for that particular item will not change, only the actual delivery time according to the method selected. Most items ship out in two to three days, however, please specify your wedding date to make sure you have it in plenty of time. Some items may take upto (4 weeks) to ship depending on availability. If we cannot ship your order in the time frame you require, you will promptly be notified via email. Some items are occasionally on back order, you will be notified via email if the item you selected will take longer than the standard shipping time allowed. We apologize in advance!

    • Usually takes 1 business day to process order depending on time of year.
    • 1-3 business days to ship by whatever shipping method you choose.  
    • Out-of-stock items can add days to order processing time. You will be notified if an item you ordered is not in stock.

    Standard Shipping:

    We recommend UPS as your shipping method. We ship either UPS/Fed Ex or USPS ground for a flat fee rate depending on dollar amount of order. Please see shipping rate chart to see breakdown of ground shipping cost. Your tracking number can be emailed to you once your package ships, just let us know if you would like to request this option.

    Oversize/heavy items can sometimes incur additional shipping charges due to excessive weight.

    Expedited Shipping & Engraving:


    Need it in a hurry? Please call toll free 260-492-9062 to double check stock and to inquire about UPS Next Day Delivery or FEDEX Next Day Delivery. Typical extra charges will run an additional $10-$15 for 2 day and $25-$30 for Overnight depending on location in the United States.


    For an expedite fee of $20-$30 (depending on size of order), your order will take priority and will be placed at the head of the engraving production line. Please type in your special instructions and desire to expedite engraving at the Comments section of Check Out and a representative will contact you with details if necessary.

    Please note that engraving styles and font styles are always changing and being upgraded on our gift lines. This allows our gifts to be more appealing to our consumers and there recipients on an annual basis. Please note that engraving styles and font styles for a item that do not have an option listed for a specific font or style could change without notice to the consumer. The only reason a consumer would be notified is if the engraving would change drastically. Please be aware of this before making your purchase.     We take your upcoming wedding very seriously and handle all orders with great care and precision. If your order is time sensitive we recommend that you tell us the date needed in the comments section during check out.
